Shipping
We ship within the United Kingdom as standard. Complimentary UK delivery may apply on orders over £50 (or as shown at checkout).
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and further updates when it ships where tracking is available.
Delivery times after dispatch usually fall within standard UK courier windows. Remote areas may take longer.
Returns
If something is wrong with your order — damaged, incorrect, or missing — contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@colloidalgold.co.uk with your order number and photos where helpful.
For hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplements may not be returnable unless faulty. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method once we have received and checked the return (where a return is required).
