When we refund

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days at hello@colloidalgold.co.uk with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Change of mind

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error. Opened dietary supplements are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

How long refunds take

Once approved (and after any required return is received), card refunds typically appear within a few working days depending on your bank.
